Anaheim Outlook

The Ducks return home after going 3-1-1 on the road trip. Anaheim beat Nashville, Boston, and Florida. They lost in regulation to Tampa Bay and to Chicago in overtime. Cutter Gauthier leads the team with 6 goals. Leo Carlsson leads the team in total points(4 G + 7 A).

Team Injuries/News:

Chris Kreider is expected to play tonight. He missed the last four games with hand-foot-mouth disease.

Radko Gudas sustained a lower-body injury in the game against Boston.

Mikael Granlund (lower-body) was injured in the contest against Tampa Bay.

Ryan Strome (upper-body) remains on the IR. He has yet to play a game this season.

According to Head Coach Joel Quenneville, it looks like a 1-2 week timetable when all three players will return. Strome has been skating separately the last few days.

Detroit Outlook 

The Red Wings are currently on a three game winning streak. They beat St. Louis at home 6-4 and they again on the road 5-2. Last night they had a 3-1 lead early in the third period, but Los Angeles scored twice with less than three minutes to go to tie the game. There was no scoring in overtime. Lucas Raymond scored the lone goal in the shootout to give Detroit the win.
