Anaheim Outlook
The Anaheim Ducks are coming off a 4-3 loss in overtime against the Dallas Stars. The Ducks battled to a regulation tie and then lost in overtime. There was a controversial goal that was reviewed and counted for the Stars. John Gibson made a glove save, but the officials determined the puck still crossed the goal line upon review. Urho Vaakanainen did finally score his first NHL goal after three previous attempts which ended up not being his first goal for various reasons.
Anaheim has gone 3-6-1 in their last 10 games. They are currently in seventh place in the Pacific Division.

Team News/Injury Updates:
Alex Killorn will be out 4-6 weeks the team announced yesterday. He is going to have arthroscopic surgery next week on his left knee. According to Brian Hayward, it’s been an issue for some time and eventually became too much, so he opted to have surgery. He was placed on the IR.
Trevor Zegras remains on the IR. He suffered a broken ankle in the game against Nashville and will be out 6-8 weeks the team announced. He will have surgery soon on his ankle the team announced.
Pavel Mintyukov suffered a separated shoulder in the game against Nashville and will be out about 6 weeks the team announced. He was placed on the IR.
Max Jones is also on the IR with an upper-body injury.
Ilya Lyubushkin is out tonight with an upper-body injury. He did not go on the road trip with the team.
