Anaheim Outlook

The Ducks are coming off a big win against the Columbus Blue Jackets. Anaheim got down 3-0 in the first period, but then rallied to tie the game with three goals of their own in the second period. The Ducks added two more goals in the third period and won 5-3. John Gibson came in to relieve Anthony Stolarz in the second period and he was perfect stopping all the shots he faced.

The team has been averaging 2.33 goals per game, but has also been giving up 4.15 against. They are 16.3% efficient with the extra man and 72.2% efficient on the penalty kill. Anaheim also gives up on average 38.8 shots per game which is the most in the league. They average around 30 shots on goal per game(29.0).

Buffalo Outlook 

The Sabres are coming off a 3-2 overtime win against the New York Islanders. Buffalo has gone 4-5-1 in their last 10 games and they are currently in fifth place in the Atlantic Division. They are six points out of a playoff wild card spot.
