Anaheim Outlook
The Ducks are coming off a 2-1 shootout win over the Nashville Predators. The Ducks took the lead first on a goal by Ryan Getzlaf. The Predators did tie the game and forced overtime. It took a shootout to decide the game where Pontus Aberg and Rickard Rakell delivered to help Anaheim earn the victory and two points.
Jakob Silfverberg and Pontus Aberg lead the team with five goals. Ryan Kesler, Ryan Getzlaf, and Adam Henrique have four goals each. Rickard Rakell(3 G + 10 A) leads the team with 13 total points.
Injury News
Patrick Eaves and Cam Fowler were both placed on the IR yesterday. Eaves took a hard check in Friday’s loss to Minnesota and has an upper-body injury. In the last game against Nashville, Fowler was struck in the nose and/or cheek area from a deflected puck. Carter Rowney(Upper-Body) is also on the IR. Corey Perry(knee) and Korbinian Holzer(wrist) are on the long-term injury list.

Andy Welinski was recalled from San Diego yesterday. Max Comtois is currently on a conditioning loan in San Diego.

Vegas Outlook
The Golden Knights just completed a four-game road trip where they went 1-3-0. They beat Ottawa but dropped games to Boston, Montreal, and Toronto. Vegas is having trouble scoring goals this season as they average 2.39 per game, which is 29th in the league. They are giving up almost three goals per game(2.94). They are also having issues in the face-off circle. They are winning 48.1% of their draws, which is tied for 26th in the league.
Jon Marchessault leads the team with eight goals and 15 total points. Cody Eakin is second in scoring with five goals.
