Anaheim Outlook
The Ducks finally ended their losing streak on Tuesday against the Dallas Stars. Anaheim ended up winning 3-1 despite being without without Leo Carlsson (lower-body injury), Cutter Gauthier (illness), and Troy Terry (upper-body injury).
Tonight the Ducks will play the Kings in a “color rush” contest. The Kings will wear their home black jerseys and the Ducks will wear their orange home jerseys. On Saturday in Anaheim, the Kings will wear third crown jerseys and the Ducks will wear their road whites.

Troy Terry (upper-body injury) has been placed on the IR retroactive to January 6th.
Leo Carlsson underwent a procedure today in Los Angeles to treat a Morel-Lavallée lesion in his left thigh. He will be out 3-5 weeks according to the Ducks.
Chris Kreider is feeling under the weather and won’t play tonight.
Cutter Gauthier missed the last game due to feeling ill, but he is expected to return to the lineup tonight.
Petr Mrazek is still on the IR and has not been practicing.

The Kings are coming off a 3-2 loss to the Vegas Golden Knights. LA battled Vegas to a 2-2 regulation tie. In overtime, Mark Stone scored to give Vegas the win.
LA is 1-0-1 against Anaheim. They won the last game 6-1 and lost the first meeting 5-4 in a shootout.
