Final thoughts

Martinsen will be missed as he was a physical player with loads of pride. He was fan favorite but the Montreal Canadiens have gained truly a humble player. However, the Avalanche need to think about their future. Andrighetto has been splitting his time between the top and bottom line pairings. Though he is small size, he brings speed to an already fast team. Both teams will come out of this trade on a positive note.

Welcome to Colorado Sven Andrighetto!
