Teemu Selanne will be in the house again tonight. He will be signing his book about one hour before the game outside the team store.
Anaheim Outlook
The Anaheim Ducks started the homestand out with two wins over Winnipeg and Vancouver. In the last game, the Ducks lost 3-2 in overtime to the Chicago Blackhawks. Anaheim started off slow getting down 2-0 to Chicago but was able to rally to force overtime. Regardless of how the Blackhawks season is going they always seem to play well against the Ducks.
Tonight the Ducks will face another struggling team in the Minnesota Wild. The contest against Chicago was a trap game, but Anaheim hopefully will come out stronger at the start of this game against the Wild. The Ducks will also look to redeem themselves after losing in Ryan Getzlaf‘s 1000th regular-season NHL game. Tonight the Ducks will honor Getzlaf’s milestone before the game.
Adam Henrique leads the team with eight goals.

Defensively they give up 3.50 goals per game, which the seventh highest in the league. Minnesota has been decent on special teams. Their power play is 19.1% efficient and the penalty kill is 82.2%.
