Anaheim Outlook
The Ducks are coming off a 2-1 overtime loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Anaheim is currently five points out of first place and two points out of a wild-card spot despite their inconsistent play. The Ducks will be at home for three games this week before starting their five-game road trip.
Pontus Aberg leads the team with six goals. Jakob Silfverberg has five goals. Rickard Rakell(3 G + 10 A) leads the team with 13 total points.
Injury News
Hampus Lindholm was placed on the IR today. Patrick Eaves and Cam Fowler were both placed on the IR last week. Eaves took a hard check in the loss to Minnesota and has an upper-body injury(back spasms). He could play today. In the game against Nashville, Fowler was struck in the cheek area from a deflected puck. Fowler had surgery this past Friday. There hasn’t been an official word on how long he will be out, but it could be 1-2 months. Carter Rowney(Upper-Body) is also on the IR. Corey Perry(knee) and Korbinian Holzer(wrist) are on the long-term injury list.
Roster Moves
Luke Schenn was placed on waivers yesterday and cleared them today. The Ducks called up Kevin Boyle, Jake Dotchin, and Joshua Mahura. Max Comtois is currently on a conditioning loan in San Diego.

Colorado Outlook
The Avalanche have earned points in each of their last three games going 2-0-1. Colorado has the second highest scoring offense producing 3.53 goals per game. Their power play is fifth best at 28.1% efficiency. The Avs generate plenty of offense scoring chances, but they also give up chances as well. They give up 31.9 shots against per game with is 12th worst in the league.
