Anaheim Ducks 2018-19 Schedule

Graphic: Anaheim Ducks

By Michael Walters

Today the Anaheim Ducks announced their preseason and regular-season schedule for their 25th Anniversary season.

The Ducks will start the season on the road in San Jose on October 3rd. The team’s home opener will be on October 8th against the Detroit Red Wings at Honda Center. It will be 25 years to the day since Anaheim’s inaugural game in 1993 against Detroit.

The annual Black Friday matinee the Ducks host on the day after Thanksgiving will be against the Edmonton Oilers. The Ducks will have a few early games this season besides the Black Friday game. On January 19th, they will play New Jersey at 10 AM and the following day they will face the NY Islanders at noon. On February 9th, they will face Philadelphia at 10 AM. On March 3rd, they will square off with Colorado at 1 PM.

The All-Star Break will be January 25th through the 28th.
