The Kes-less Ducks
By Michael Walters
During the summer it was known that Hampus Lindholm and Sami Vatanen wouldn’t be available for the start of the NHL season. Now the Anaheim Ducks are faced with also being without Ryan Kesler for at least the first couple months of the season. The question for Randy Carlyle is how will his adjust his forward lineup without Kesler. Younger players are going to have to step up on defense and now an offense for this team.
On this show we discuss which younger players could make the roster after preseason and who we think will need to step on the current roster. We take a look at some player updates and the season schedule giving our input on how the wounded Ducks might fair in the opening months of the NHL season.
