Ducks Look To Add Pieces In Offseason
By Michael Walters
This past week was a busy time for the NHL and the Anaheim Ducks were no exception either. The Ducks lost Clayton Stoner and Shea Theodore in the Expansion Draft. There are also reports that Nate Thompson, Jonathan Bernier, and Jhonas Enroth could test the free agent market and may not return to Anaheim. Emerson Etem and Ryan Faragher are also set to become unrestricted free agents on July 1st as they both weren’t given a qualifying offer.
The Ducks are going to look to add some pieces to make another serious run in the 2017-18 season. On this show, we talk about what other players the Ducks could add to their roster. Anaheim did re-sign Patrick Eaves for three more years and also Korbinian Holzer for two more years, but they still need to add more.
We also talk about the NHL Entry Draft, player updates, and the announcement of Teemu Selanne and Paul Kariya being named to the Hockey Hall of Hame.
